Part One 

After candidates for the program have been selected (after preliminary college pre-exams, financial screening, background check, drug screen and all other pertinent pre-employment hiring criteria), candidates selected will enter into a certified nursing assistant training course (at no cost). After completion of this program Extended Care Clinical, LLC will provide employment at a skilled client facility.

Candidates will be expected to work at an Extended Care client facility for a determined number of hours per pay period while going through their nurses training.

Part Two 

Program participants will next enter into one of the two colleges' Practical Nursing programs to start their journey to become a Licensed Practical Nurse.

The pathway to this goal will be different with each participant depending on skill level and any previous college courses.

After completion of the LPN program and successful completion of the licensure nursing exam, participants will be expected to work as an LPN in a designated Extended Care client facility for a period of two years from the date of licensure.

Part Three 

At the end of this journey, we will together have offered participants employment and a nursing career to carry through their lifetime!
